The third annual "Tacos and Bourbon" golf tournament will take place on Saturday, September 7 at 1:30pm at Sunflower Hills Golf Course in Bonner Springs

There will be tacos and bourbon, and a whole lot of fun.

The KCSN Foundation’s third-annual charity golf tournament is now available for teams to sign up.

Sign up your team here!

It has sold out in each of the past two years, so make sure to secure your team’s spot now! It’s a shotgun start at 1:30pm, with plenty of food and drink provided.

This year is going to be especially fun because our presenting partner, Holladay Distillery, provided us a barrel or bourbon. Back in April, we were able to do a barrel pick and now all of that bourbon has been bottled.

Each participant in our tourney (who is at least 21 years old) will get a bottle of this special bourbon at the tournament, as well as a fun gift from Parsons Extreme Golf (PXG).

We’ll also have Par 3 contests, a long drive competition, closest to the pin, player gifts, raffle with fantastic prizes, million dollar shot, special guests and much more.

The KCSN Foundation is a registered 501c3, which means your donations are tax deductible. All of the money raised from this tournament goes towards funding the different campaigns the KCSN Foundation runs throughout the year.

One of those campaigns - the “My First Game” campaign with Tickets For Less and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City - provides four tickets to every home Chiefs game to kids who have never been to Arrowhead Stadium.

It’s an experience we love to give more kids in our community. We take those kids to the team store before the game so they can buy a hoodie or a shirt as another reminder of the experience. The money that buys those kids that hoodie or that t-shirt is raised from this tournament.

We have known who and where the Chiefs' 2024 opponents are since the conclusion of the 2023 season, but on Wednesday we will find out when. Games get leaked the days leading up to the release, so unless the NFL cleans up some of that, we may know the answers to a lot of questions before Wednesday evening. This morning, for instance, the NFL announced the Baltimore Ravens will be the ones kicking off the NFL season at Arrowhead against the Kansas City Chiefs. Before diving in, let’s check out who the Chiefs have on the docket in 2024 in their quest for a three-peat.
